Anime Revolution Rules and Guidelines

  • Must have a current year's Anirevo Vancouver Pass.
  • Must consent to allow Anime Revolution Events Inc. to use any images taken by Anirevo photographers for promotional purposes in any media form.
  • All parties must adhere to Anirevo Rules and Regulations, especially those pertaining to Code of Conduct, Harassment, and Props (Anirevo Weapons Policy). Failure to do so will result in removal from the shoot room and potential removal from the event, depending on the offense.

Rules:

    1. All photo shoot bookings are 1 hour sessions.
  • 2. All content must be PG-13 rated. No adult or risqué shoots are allowed.
  • 3. Photographers and Photo Shoot Personnel are responsible for monitoring of, transporting of, and providing all of their own equipment.
  • 4. The Point Person from your shoot must check-in with an Anirevo representative. An Anirevo representative will either be outside the shoot room or can be contacted via the Anirevo Vancouver Info Booth. This check-in must be completed between 5-30 minutes prior to your shoot time. If you fail to check-in without informing an Anirevo Vancouver representative at the 5 min mark, your shoot will be considered cancelled.
  • 5. An AR representative will inform you when you have 5 minutes remaining of your shoot time. All personnel and equipment must be vacated from the room within 15 minutes of your shoot time ending.
  • 6. Anirevo reserves the right to cancel/waitlist any and all sessions.
  • 7. I understand by submitting the form below, the following:
  • My participation involves certain risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and even death, which may result from accidents, unforeseen conditions, or actions caused by me or other participants. I fully understand these risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility for any such risks that may arise. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Anime Revolution, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in this booking, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
